ExecTech is a specialist services division of Infinitas IT Limited - dedicated to providing First Class IT Services to High Profile Individuals. Infinitas IT operated a VIP Service, which we have now split into two services. This allows us to focus our services more specifically to our clients. The result is ExecTech and BeatTech.
The busy work and lifestyles of many individuals mean that they require IT Sales and Support Services outside of the normal 9 to 5 working day.
You will be looked after by our Chartered IT Professionals, meaning you have access to staff who have met the benchmark of IT Excellence and Professionalism, and have demonstrated this to the British Computer Society.
Chartered IT Professionals have a strict Code of Conduct placing you in the safest hands in the industry. We can never mis-sell or exploit anyone's lack of knowledge in IT. We always put our service to our customers before anything else.
The service you get from us is totally down to what you want from us. If you just want someone to help you find appropriate tech products, or you just want confidential IT Support when you need it, you can be confident knowing our specialists are on hand 24/7. You will get the mobile number of your dedicated account manager so you always have us to hand.

The unique needs of the UK's Music Industry means DJs, Producers, Musicians, Artists and Studio-based personnel will be looked after by the BeatTech service. Some manufacturers have policies in place which restrict the trade of certain products, and by operating BeatTech we can ensure we comply with these policies. The actual service offered to both ExecTech and BeatTech are exactly the same, and both meet the same professional standards which we provide to larger businesses.

How much does this cost?
The normal sign up fee is £65+VAT, but we have scrapped this for the rest of 2011! Depending on the level of support and services you require, you may end up not paying anything else until you need to.
If you don't want a support contract, you will be charged on a per-incident basis, as and when you require it. If it is something simple we will always try and give you a quick answer for free. The normal cost per-incident is around the £35+VAT*** mark.
If you only ever want to use us for purchasing of products, then you will encounter no additional charges.
* Please note we reserve the right to refuse application to the VIP Support Services without explaination
** We will only ever disclose confidential information to a third party if requested by a valid and verified Court Order or Warrant, and after we have notified you.
*** Cost is estimated on remote support or over-the-phone resolution, which lasts no longer than 1hr, and doesn't involve any spare parts/components. These types of calls make up over 90% of all support calls we recieve.
